RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Orders for personalised products are not eligible for returns or refunds. Please check your order carefully before placing it, as we cannot issue a refund if we deliver the product as you have ordered online. If you design a product that is illegible due to the colour contrast of the background and font colour that you have selected, we are not responsible for correcting or reprinting the order. Please ensure that you use suitable contrasting colours when designing your product.

Orders for non-personalised products are eligible for return under the 14-day cooling-off period, as per the EU Consumer Directive (not valid for personalised products). However, please note that we do not accept returns outside of this legal requirement. Shipping costs on returns are the responsibility of the customer.

If you wish to cancel or amend an order you have placed, please contact us via email at info@mynametags.ie within one hour of placing the order. We do not accept returns for products that are not defective or that have been delivered correctly according to the address provided. If you receive a defective product, please contact us via email at info@mynametags.ie with your order number and details of the issue with the product you have received. We aim to respond to emails within seven working days.

DISCOUNT CODE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The discount code given must be entered in the discount code box on the checkout page, if you do not enter the discount code and pay full price for a set of labels, no refund will be issued. If the link is provided please ensure you click on it as this will automatically apply discount. Discount will not show unless you have labels in the basket.

PRIVACY POLICY

We store your customer details (but not card details) for the pupose of facilitating future orders and contacting you with product information. We do not give your personal information to third parties without your express permission.

We will not be legally responsible to anybody for the accuracy of material that you upload to the site, and we can remove it at any time if we think it does not follow our acceptable use policy.

If you do anything which is a criminal offence under a law called the Computer Misuse Act 1990, your right to use the site will end straightaway. We will report you to the relevant authorities and give them your identity.
Examples of computer misuse include introducing viruses, worms, Trojans and other technologically harmful or damaging material. You must not try to get access to our site or server or any connected database or make any 'attack' on the site. 12. Applicable Law

12.1 The Parties will use their best efforts to negotiate in good faith and settle any dispute that may arise out of or relate to this Agreement or any breach of it.

12.2 If any such dispute cannot be settled amicably through ordinary negotiations between the Parties, or either or both is or are unwilling to engage in this process, either Party may propose to the other in writing that structured negotiations be entered into with the assistance of a fully accredited mediator before resorting to litigation.

12.3 If the Parties are unable to agree upon a mediator, or if the mediator agreed upon is unable or unwilling to act and an alternative mediator cannot be agreed, any party may within 14 days of the date of knowledge of either event apply to The Law Society to appoint a mediator.

12.4 Within 14 days of the appointment of the mediator (either by mutual agreement of the Parties or by The Law Society in accordance with their mediation procedure), the Parties will meet with the mediator to agree the procedure to be adopted for the mediation, unless otherwise agreed between the parties and the mediator.

12.5 All negotiations connected with the relevant dispute(s) will be conducted in confidence and without prejudice to the rights of the Parties in any further proceedings.

12.6 If the Parties agree on a resolution of the dispute at mediation, the agreement shall be reduced to writing and, once signed by the duly authorised representatives of both Parties, shall be final and binding on them.

12.7 If the Parties fail to resolve the dispute(s) within 60 days (or such longer term as may be agreed between the Parties) of the mediator being appointed, or if either Party withdraws from the mediation procedure, then either Party may exercise any right to seek a remedy through arbitration by an arbitrator to be appointed by The Law Society.

12.8 Any dispute shall not affect the Parties' ongoing obligations under the Agreement.

12.9 The English courts have the only right to hear claims related to our site, and all disputes are governed by English law.

Our values champion individuality and equality, because of this, we do not tolerate any form of discrimination and we take steps to promote respect and inclusivity. These steps include removing all discriminatory comments/messages left on our social media accounts relating to sexual orientation, religion, disability, background, ethnicity, gender or race.

OTHER NOTICES

Competitions

1. From time to time My Nametags may run competitions, free prize draws and promotions on the My Nametags website at www.mynametags.com (site) all of which will be subject to these Rules. They may be subject to additional terms that will be stated on the entry page at the time.

2. Applications to enter a prize draw or competition are only open to UK residents, aged 18 or over who are registered on the site. Prize draws and competitions are not open to employees of My Nametags, any promoter and their immediate families, and anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the promotion.

3. Whilst Internet access is required to enter, no purchase is necessary unless otherwise stated on the entry terms to a specific competition.

4. To enter a competition, entrants should submit their entry draw before the stated deadline.

5. There is a maximum of one entry per person, per draw or competition.

6. Details and quantities of the prizes and any relevant dates will be stated on the entry page.

7. My Nametags will not accept responsibility for entries lost through technical fault or any other reason or for incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.

8. Prize winners will be selected from all valid entries via a random draw. Prize winners will be notified by e-mail within 14 days of the closing date of the specific competition. If the product is not claimed within seven days of the prize winner being notified, My Nametags reserves the right to award the prize to a runner up.

9. Any dates that are specified cannot be altered and by entering any date-related competition My Nametags or the third party promoter are not liable in any way to any winner who cannot attend, and no cash alternative or equivalent prize will be given.

10. Where My Nametags runs a competition with a promoter who is responsible for the selection and/or the provision of prizes then My Nametags shall not be responsible for or have any liability for the provision of such prizes.

11. The winner of any competition which includes attending a specific venue is responsible for their own travel arrangements unless stated otherwise. If travel is included in the prize, all booking formalities must be completed directly with the promoter unless stated otherwise, and My Nametags shall have no responsibility or liability in respect of any travel arrangements.

12. Please allow 28 days for delivery of prizes unless otherwise stated.

13. The prize winners’ name may be used in any relevant coverage related to the prize and promoter.

14. No cash or other alternative is available, although if, due to unforeseen circumstances, a stated prize is no longer available, My Nametags or the promoter reserves the right to cancel the prize, or provide a similar or equivalent prize.

15. By entering, entrants agree: • to participate in reasonable publicity if they win including use of their name and image in online publicity, emails, or other print or social media. If you don’t agree with this please do not submit and entry; and • that their personal details may be stored and otherwise processed by My Nametags for administration purposes and for marketing and sending of other special offers. Entrants’ information may also be passed on to the manufacturer of the prize and to other carefully selected third parties.

16. My Nametags may cancel or amend any prize draw or competition, or these Rules without prior notice. Any changes will be posted either within the prize draw or competition information or these Rules.

17. Copyright in all competition entries remains with the respective entrants. However, in consideration of their providing the competition, each entrant grants a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual licence to My Nametags to feature some or all of the entries on the site and/or in any promotional material connected to the competition.

18. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules and by any other instructions set out in the promotional material accompanying the promotion.

19. My Nametags’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

20. Prizes are provided without charge. And My Nametags makes no warranties, representations or gives any undertakings, whether express, implied or statutory, including without limitation, as to merchantability, non-infringement or fitness for a particular purpose in relation to any prize. My Nametags will not be liable for any loss or expense resulting from any delay in delivering prizes.

21. No automated entries will be accepted .


Refer a friend terms and conditions:

1. Referral Discount Activation: Your friend will get a 10% discount only upon entering an active referral email address into the discount code box during the checkout process.

2. Redemption Policy: Failure to apply the discount code during checkout will result in the inability to redeem the discount via refund.

3. Referral Completion Reward: Upon the successful completion of 5 out of 5 referrals, an email will be sent to you containing the order code to claim your complimentary set of stickers.


Sponsored Content and Regulatory Compliance:

If you are participating as a brand ambassador or influencer under our brand ambassador program or any short-term collaboration, you must adhere to all applicable local regulations regarding sponsored or promoted content. Specifically, you are required to clearly disclose that your content is sponsored or promoted if such disclosure is mandated by your local regulations.


Incorrect delivery address:

Please ensure your delivery address is correct upon ordering with My Nametags. If there is a mistake in your address, please contact us immediately within an hour of placing your order so we can amend your address. Any amendments requested after the first hour may not be accepted as your order may have been printed and processed already. Returns and refunds based on incorrect delivery information are not accepted – customers will therefore need to pay for a new order with correct delivery information.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MY NAMETAGS BRAND AMBASSADOR PROGRAMME

We are excited to have you on board as one of My Nametags’ Brand Ambassadors and we look forward to working with you.

By joining this programme, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. Please take a moment to read them through and let us know if you agree to them.

1. Overview

By participating in the My Nametags Brand Ambassador Programme, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a clear understanding of the relationship between you (the "Ambassador") and My Nametags (the "Company").

2. Gifting Opportunity

As a Brand Ambassador, you will receive various products from My Nametags as part of your participation. These products may include:

1. Nametags (Colour stickers, iron-on labels, maxistickers, ministickers)
2. Wall Stickers
3. Door Stickers
4. Posters

In return for these gifts, you are expected to promote My Nametags through social media posts across all your social media profiles. The specifics of the promotion will be communicated to you separately.

3. No Reimbursement Policy

This programme operates on a gift-based collaboration model. There are no reimbursements or monetary compensations for any expenses incurred by the Ambassador. This includes, but is not limited to, costs related to:

1. Shipping
2. Travel
3. Materials
4. Any other expenses

By accepting the gifting opportunity, you acknowledge and agree that all participation is voluntary and not subject to any form of financial reimbursement from My Nametags. If you choose not to receive the product from a gifting opportunity, you will not receive any reimbursement.

4. Acceptance and Refusal of Gifts

There is no formal process for accepting or refusing the gifts provided by My Nametags. Should you choose to accept the gifting opportunity, you simply utilise the provided items as part of your role in the programme. If you decide not to accept the items, you forfeit the gifting opportunity and will not receive any reimbursement.

5. Content Requirements

Your posts must be:

1. Provided with reasonable skill and care to the best of your ability.
2. In compliance with the terms and conditions of the platforms to which they are posted or uploaded.
3. In compliance with relevant laws, regulations, codes of practice, and standards, including those related to data protection and advertising.

Any posts relating to My Nametags must NOT:

1. Give a misleading impression of our products.
2. Include anything that could be seen as violent, bullying, aggressive, misogynistic, pornographic, religiously intolerant or insensitive, or racist.
3. Include anything that promotes or includes criminal activity.
4. Have an adverse effect on the reputation of My Nametags’ business, brand, or products.

You will not engage in any activity, say anything, or associate with any activity which is or may be considered by My Nametags to bring you, My Nametags brand, or products into disrepute.

By entering into this agreement, you are confirming that you have not engaged in such activity in the past.

While you are a Brand Ambassador for My Nametags, you will not be an influencer for any of our competitors.

6. Free Code Policy

Our free code policy is designed to offer you the opportunity to experience and share our products with your audience. It is not intended for repeated personal use or to be shared outside of your designated promotional activities.

Effective immediately, we are implementing stricter monitoring of free code usage. Abuse of this privilege can undermine the integrity of our program and may lead to the following consequences:

1. Temporary suspension of your free code privileges.
2. Permanent removal from the brand ambassador programme.

7. General Legal Considerations

7.1 Data Protection: My Nametags will handle all personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and any other relevant legislation. Personal data collected will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Brand Ambassador Programme.

7.2 Confidentiality: Ambassadors are expected to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared by My Nametags. This includes, but is not limited to, marketing strategies, product information, and other business-related details.

8. Termination of Opportunity

My Nametags may terminate our agreement with immediate effect by writing to you. Should an Ambassador choose to refuse the gifted items, there are no specific consequences beyond the loss of that particular gifting opportunity. Continued participation in the programme is subject to the discretion of My Nametags.

You will let us know by email to marketing@mynametags.com and myrsini@mynametags.com if for any reason you are no longer able to be one of our Brand Ambassadors.

9. Miscellaneous

My Nametags reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to Ambassadors and will take effect immediately upon notification.
